After the success of last season, VORTEX2 will be returning to the field this spring for six weeks (May 1st – June 15th). I will be participating with the Center for Severe Weather Research this year. I look forward to keeping everyone up to date on my travels. I will do my best to continue writing throughout the entirety of the project unlike last year.

Also, the Weather Channel will be following us again. They will be doing live updates from the field and run nightly segments with their anchor Mike Bettes, who will be embedded within the research group. You may view their website here: http://www.weather.com/tv/programs/Vortex.html . The website will include live streaming video.
